Tasks
1 To build and maintain a library of books for loan to NCT members
2 To issue and organise return of books from the library, keeping accurate records
3 To advertise the library in the newsletter etc
4 To ensure that the library is open at Nearly New Sales etc
5 To maintain a dialogue with members and the committee as to which books to buy
6 To maintain links with fundraisers to enable the library to grow
7 To buy new stock

Approximate time commitment of 2 hours per week
