· Deadline for adverts is 30 July, 30 October, 30 Jan, 30 April but preferably a few days before to allow for any problems to be sorted out.
· The newsletter comes out quarterly (January, April, July and October).
· Electronic format only (Word, JPEG, Publisher)
NO PDFs PLEASE ? INCOMPATIBLE WITH OUR SOFTWARE
· Adverts should be emailed to advertising@bristolnct.org.uk
· Newsletter pages are A4 therefore full page and ¼ page adverts are portrait, and ½ page and 1/8 page adverts are landscape.
· Newsletter is in grey-scale so it?s best not to use light colours.
· Unfortunately, we can?t help with designing your artwork but may be able to give advice.
Full page = Height 27.2 cm, Width 18.25
1.2 page = Height 13.346 cm, Width 18.25 cm
¼ page = Height 13.346 cm x Width 8.875 cm
1/8 page = Height 6.419cm x Width 8.875cm
Fees for inserts/flyers:
- We charge £88.13 (price includes VAT) for 500 inserts to cover
- Print run is 500 (200 for members and 300 for clinics, surgeries etc).
- We can no longer accept fewer inserts to target only part of
